About Me

Phoebe Nobes wearing a black blazer against a neutral studio background

I’m a Manager of Data Analytics and a self-described Data Alchemist. With a background in biochemistry and experience across commercial analysis, healthcare, and clinical research, I turn complex information into clear insights that help people decide what to do next.

I lead a team of four, bringing people and analytical thinking together to solve meaningful problems. My work spans data strategy, analysis, visualization, and reporting, connecting technical detail with the bigger picture and the decisions teams need to make.

I also own and built DATAlchemist.com, combining my interest in data, design, and clear communication. Scientific curiosity and a collaborative mindset shape how I approach every project.
